EINPARK Offices

EINPARK Offices is among the top 1% of the most sustainable buildings in the world and the first building in Slovakia to receive LEED Platinum sustainability certification. Einpark's current ambition is to achieve LEED Zero Carbon certification, which will help to keep the building's operating costs to a minimum carbon footprint. This certification is currently boasted by only 8% of buildings in the world.

Einpark is located on the Petržalka side of Einsteinova Street, opposite Incheba. It's a prime location, with nowhere too far to go. A direct connection to the motorway, a few minutes walk from the city centre and a cycle path that runs alongside the building, where you will also find a public transport stop, gives its tenants the opportunity to take advantage of different modes of transport.

The building has state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Einpark's office premises ranks among the highest standards.

It offers its tenants a total of 16,000 m² of office space and approximately 1,800 m² of commercial space on the ground floor. There are parking spaces in the basement and in the courtyard, 9 charging stations and 2 fast charging stations in the field. For cyclists we have provided changing rooms, lockers, showers and 75 bike racks.
