What challenges did we face
The IT company GoHealth faced a challenge common to all growing firms. Increasing employee numbers, changing expectations, needs, and ways of working led to the need to move to new premises. GoHealth was located in a B-class building and was looking for a new A-class building with an attractive environment for current and new employees.
CBRE approached GoHealth with an offer of cooperation. At that time, the client had already selected a building and received the first offer directly from the landlord, planning to manage the entire process themselves. The client expected CBRE to secure better rental conditions and help with the design of the new office.
How we helped the client
CBRE provided GoHealth with comprehensive services, including market overview, PRF process, and financial comparison, which helped us negotiate better rental conditions. Additional required services were provided by the Building Consultancy Department. Our architects prepared the design concept and later the entire architectural project. The project management team ensured a smooth construction process.
The result was significantly better rental conditions in the selected building and a new design of playful and attractive office premises for employees.
