What challenges did we face

In the summer of 2023, Slovanet, a well-established Internet Service Provider, faced a significant challenge when they received notice from the landlord of their long-term office space regarding the termination of their lease. With less than a year to secure approximately 1,500 square meters of office space, Slovanet found themselves in a time-sensitive situation. The situation was further complicated by the need to identify a suitable location that would fulfil their operational requirements while facilitating a smooth transition for their employees to a new workspace.

How we helped the client

CBRE stepped in to assist Slovanet by providing a comprehensive overview of potential locations that fit their criteria. Together with the client, CBRE created a shortlist of preferred buildings, facilitating organized site visits to evaluate each option. Additionally, CBRE managed the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) negotiation process, ensuring that Slovanet received the best possible terms for their new lease. Ultimately, Slovanet selected the Galvaniho Business Center 5 as their new office space.

Beyond the leasing process, CBRE also provided Slovanet with the Workplace Consulting services, enabling Slovanet to develop a more informed brief for architects and compare the layouts of the shortlisted buildings. This approach resulted in a higher-quality workspace for their employees. The landlord successfully prepared the spaces according to Slovanet’s requirements in a timely manner, allowing the company to complete their move to the new building within the desired timeframe.
