What challenges did we face
Wüstenrot decided to transform its workplace in collaboration with CBRE. The goal was to improve working conditions for employees and reduce costs associated with maintaining multiple buildings in the center of Bratislava. At the beginning of the project, we faced several challenges.
The first challenge was to conduct a thorough analysis of the existing workspaces and identify areas that needed improvement. It was necessary to consider the diverse needs of employees and ensure that the new work environment would support their productivity and satisfaction.
The next challenge was to find a suitable location for the new headquarters that met all the established criteria. A detailed market analysis was required, taking into account factors such as accessibility, costs, and potential for future growth.
How we helped the client
CBRE provided Wüstenrot Insurance with comprehensive services, including workplace analysis, architectural and design concepts, and project management. Initially, we conducted a thorough analysis of the work environment and potential locations for the new headquarters. After detailed analysis and negotiations, Wüstenrot selected Digital Park I.
CBRE ensured a smooth transition to the new premises, coordinating all logistical and technical aspects of the move. We also assisted in the sale of Wüstenrot’s previous buildings to achieve the best conditions for the client. The result was a relocation to new premises that promote greater collaboration and productivity among employees.
